At Rashida Cloud Kitchen, every product is freshly handcrafted with care. Since we deal in perishable food items, our return and refund policy is tailored accordingly. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns. The following are non-returnable under any circumstances:
Opened food products (pickles, chutneys, cookies, cakes, biscotti)
Products that have been partially consumed
Products where the tamper-proof seal has been broken
Products returned without original packaging
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery
2. Eligible Refund / Replacement Scenarios
We will offer a full refund or free replacement in the following situations:
You received a wrong product — not what you ordered
Product arrived in damaged or broken condition due to transit
Product was spoiled or showed visible signs of contamination upon first opening
Order was not delivered within 15 business days of dispatch and tracking shows no movement
To be eligible, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at rashidacloudkitchen@protonmail.com with your order number and clear photographs or a video of the issue.
3. Refund Process
Once we review and approve your request, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI ID, card, etc.).
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For replacement orders, dispatch will happen within 3 business days of approval.
4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at +91 99581 93628 or rashidacloudkitchen@protonmail.com.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
For cancelled orders (before dispatch), a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
5. How to Raise a Complaint
Step 1: Email us at rashidacloudkitchen@protonmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Step 2: Include your Order ID, name, phone number, and a brief description of the issue.
Step 3: Attach clear photographs or a short video showing the problem.
Step 4: Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours with a resolution.
