2.1 About Us

Rashida Cloud Kitchen is a home-based artisanal food brand owned and operated by Sadiya, with its

principal place of business at 1766 Hauz Sui Walan, Dariyaganj, Central Delhi - 110002. We are registered

under FSSAI Registration No. 23326005001327 and GST No. 07NKLPS1820L1ZH.

2.2 Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a

binding contract under Indian law. Orders from minors must be placed by a parent or guardian.

2.3 Products

All products sold on our website are freshly prepared, handmade food items including pickles, chutneys,

cookies, biscotti, and baked goods. Product images on the website are for representational purposes only.

The actual product may vary slightly in appearance due to the artisanal/handmade nature of the items.

• All products are prepared in a home kitchen registered under FSSAI

• Products contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, wheat, and eggs — please check product

descriptions carefully before ordering

• All products are vegetarian unless explicitly stated otherwise

• Shelf life and storage instructions will be provided on packaging

2.4 Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We

reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of

placing your order will be charged.

2.5 Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment

• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other available payment options

• In case of payment failure, please ensure your order is confirmed before assuming it has been

placed

• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued to the original

payment method

2.6 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to product names, images, recipes, descriptions,

logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Rashida Cloud Kitchen. You may not reproduce,

distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.2.7 Limitation of Liability

Rashida Cloud Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out

of the use or inability to use our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the order

value paid by the customer.

2.8 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any

disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

2.9 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after

any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms
