At Rashida Cloud Kitchen, we strive to deliver your favourite handmade food products as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. Certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

Processing time may be longer during festive seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand.

You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value — check the website for active offers.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before dispatch or due to our error.

5. Packaging

All products are carefully packed in food-grade, tamper-proof, and hygienic packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. For fragile items like pickles in glass jars or cakes, extra protective packaging is used.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment on the logistics partner's website.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we are not responsible for the delay or loss.

The courier may attempt re-delivery or leave a notice if no one is available to receive the parcel.

For perishable items, we strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel promptly.
